Our Guarantee
You Lucky Dog was started with the intention of providing our customers with a customized product that they can not simply buy off the shelves in a store. Even our Standard Line was created with the experience of over ten years of what our customers have consistently ordered.
We assemble our gifts at the time of order and guarantee the freshness of the contents inside. We do have some contents that require special shipping due to their shelf life. We will make you completely aware of the shelf life of the products before shipping.
If you are unsatisfied with your final product when received, we will work with you to remedy the problems. Either by a replacement of the product or a full refund.
Substitutions
When necessary to to ship your order on time, we reserve the right to replace an item with another product of higher value. For custom orders we will contact our customer for approval of a substitution. We will never cut corners or fudge on quality!
